2Eligibility & Registration

Important: Providing false information during registration — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account closure. Any balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited.

3Account Responsibilities

Once you have registered a z78 account, you are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under that account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested and any personal data changes submitted.

Password & Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — your username and password — secure and confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact z78 support immediately.

Accurate Details

You must keep your registered details up to date. If your contact number, payment method details or other personal information changes, update your account promptly. z78 cannot be held responsible for failed withdrawals or missed communications caused by outdated account information.

  • Do not share your account login with friends or family members.
  • Do not allow others to place bets or make transactions on your behalf through your account.
  • Do not use a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographical or account restrictions.
  • Do contact support immediately if you notice unusual activity on your account.

4Deposits & Payments

All deposits on z78 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and standard bank transfers. Additional payment methods, including debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets, may be available and will be displayed at the time of deposit.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on z78 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. Supported withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within the same business day for requests submitted during working hours.

Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your account must be fully verified, or verification documents must have been submitted and accepted.
  • Any active wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be completed before bonus-funded winnings can be withdrawn.
  • The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold shown in the cashier section.
  • You must not have an active fraud investigation on your account.

z78 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect account fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, you will be notified and given an opportunity to respond before any final decision is made.

6Bonuses & Promotions

z78 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses on z78:

  • Bonus funds are separate from your real-money PKR balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
  • Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) must be turned over across eligible markets before a withdrawal can be requested.
  • Not all betting markets or casino games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live betting and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate — check the specific bonus terms.
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
  • Bonuses have an expiry date. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

7Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting activity on z78, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and all other available markets.

Bet Placement

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, the bet cannot be changed or cancelled by the user unless a cash-out option is available and exercised before settlement. z78 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started where the result was reasonably knowable at the time of placement.

Odds & Settlements

  • Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. You can switch format in your account settings.
  • Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this means the result as confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), ICC or the relevant tournament authority.
  • In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced or declared a no-result, bets will be settled according to z78's specific sport rules for that market.
  • Bets placed after an event has officially started (where live betting is not enabled) may be voided at z78's discretion.
  • Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical error — will be voided regardless of the outcome of the event.

For PSL fixtures specifically, in-play markets are available throughout the match and settlements reflect the live score and match result as officially confirmed. Rain rules, DLS method and other cricket-specific adjustments follow standard ICC/PCB guidelines.

8Casino & Live Casino

The z78 casino and live casino sections are operated under the same account and PKR balance as the sportsbook. The following rules apply specifically to casino and live casino play:

  • All casino games — including slots, table games, crash titles and specialty games — use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes.
  • Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios. Results are determined by physical outcomes — cards dealt, roulette wheels spun — and are not subject to RNG manipulation.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and will be displayed before you place a bet within each game interface.
  • Any technical disconnection during a live casino round that was already in progress will be resolved according to the game outcome recorded on the server side, not the client side.

9Prohibited Conduct

11Account Closure

You may close your z78 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes and any remaining real-money PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided there are no outstanding compliance checks.

z78 reserves the right to close or suspend an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

Where an account is closed due to a breach, z78 may withhold the account balance pending a full investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.

12Limitation of Liability

z78 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is reliable and accessible at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control — including network outages, third-party payment provider downtime, or force majeure events — may temporarily affect platform availability.

  • z78 is not liable for losses caused by technical interruptions during a bet or game session, where the server-side record confirms the outcome correctly.
  • z78 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  • z78 is not liable for losses caused by your own betting decisions. Betting outcomes are uncertain by nature.
  • z78 is not liable for delays in JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer processing that are outside of z78's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Where z78 is found to be liable for a verifiable platform error that resulted in a financial loss to you, liability is limited to the direct value of that loss.

13Privacy

z78 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
